In some cases, attackers may use drugs to suppress fear, heighten focus, or ensure they complete their mission without hesitation. Signs of drug influence include diminished pain responses, such as appearing unaffected by injuries or discomfort, and erratic behavior like sudden outbursts or confusion.

Physical signs, including dilated pupils, excessive sweating, trembling, or tension in the face and neck, could also be indicators. Altered mental states, such as paranoia, talking to themselves, or fixating on their mission, are further warning signs to be aware of.
